Inspired by Zotto's thread on singlehood food desperation (and my own hunger)...
Nothing fancy, the less ingredients you use the better. And if it takes more than 10 minutes to prepare, well, that just defeats the whole microwave cooking experience.
::Scrambled eggs::
Crack open two eggs and put their contents into a microwave safe glass container (best kinds are the ones shaped like a lunchbox). Stir. Microwave high for 3 minutes (time may vary, put the lid on and if your container does not have a lid, put a wet paper towel over it). Now you no longer have an excuse to skip breakfast!

Open a can of Campbell's or other condensed soup. Dump some into a microwave-safe bowl. Mix in water until it looks soupy. Microwave until it's nice and hot. Repeat until the condensed soup is gone.

Take everything in your fridge' that's not quite too old and put a portion of everything in a bowl. Add cheese. Place in microwave. Call it a casserole.
Get a microwavable bean burrito. Microwave for one minute on both sides.
Get a microwavable corndog. Microwave for one minute on both sides.
Find a dollar in change in nearby alleys. Get a taco.
*cut up a few potatoes into home-fry type size *chop up one onion
throw in bowl
*add salt, pepper and a little oil - depends on how big the bowl and batch you're making.
*Mix it up.
Cook on high, covered
Every 5-6 minutes stir for even cooking.
At the end (probly 15-20 minutes) you can add whatever goodies you want to top it off - cheese, pepperoni pieces, some leftover italian sausage, etc. Cheap, filling, fast and easy.

In microwave-safe bowl, combine one package ramen noodles and flavoring, twice the suggested amount of water, and half a bag of frozen vegetables. Microwave according to ramen package directions, or maybe a bit more.
If you're feeling adventurous, beat an egg in and add to cooked ramen mixture; nuke another 30 seconds and allow to sit for a minute or two.
Easy, cheap, yummy, and relatively nutritious!

1 can chili (without beans!) 1 thing (block) of Cream Cheese 6 shots of Tabasco
Nuke on High until the Cream Cheese melts. Lots of people do a similar resipe with Velveeta instead, but it just doesn't have the same 'staying power.' This stuff eats like a meal.
If you want more than that just double everything.
EDIT: You can dip just about everything in it short of your little brother. I love to dip those little pizza roll things you get in the frozen section (you can also nuke those).
Crack an egg into a microwave safe (mine's Pyrex) measuring cup (you know, the ones that hold like 3 cups of liquid, or whatever). Add a little salt and/or pepper if you want, break the yolk if you want.
Cook on Med. for 45 seconds, covered w/a paper towel to avoid having to clean anything if the egg pops. Take it out, poke it, put it back in for another 45 seconds (still on half power).
While you're doing that, toast an English muffin, if you like 'em toasted. Otherwise, don't!
Put a piece of cheese and a slice of Canadian Bacon (they sell it all packaged and sliced - and it keeps forever!) on half an English muffin, and if you haven't toasted the muffin, throw both halves in the microwave for like 10 seconds, to melt the cheese and warm up the muffin and the meat.
Put it all together, and you've got an Egg McMuffin in less than five minutes! Less than three, if you don't toast the muffin.
Note: these go wonderfully with chocolate milk.
