This is a very good example of the greatest photo-journalism we've seen in a long time.

Personally, I like the Reader's Choice better.

That was great. I've never been shuffled through such a wide range of emotions in the span of five minutes.

I liked the opportunity to vote for the best picture.

My favorite was "Giving Comfort" (which is currently #2 in the polling.

I've always enjoyed looking at the Week in Pictures. There are always some photos that are simply beautiful, and some that are very moving.

I would have voted for the girl holding her dad's picture but it didn't show up on the vote screen. And I couldn't scroll down to it..

I'll have you know that 3 of the reader's choice pictures were taken in Montana, thank-you-very-much.

esl, that's weird. That's the #1 choice by several thousand votes.

In that case Bob, (sorry for being trite) it's the thought that counts.

The one I would have voted for, given my choices, is the picture of the kid jumping into a pile of leaves, but I didn't get a vote button or anything either [Smile]

Your comments are extremely tantalizing as the slide show isn't working on the slow, dinosaur computer I'm currently on.

I liked the picture with the soldier and the camel, although I am worried for the camel.

I also liked the nuns snowball fight and the woman watching the thunderstorm. [Smile]

I like the nuns, but my favourite is "Getting Misty" with the bird.

Although the title sounds kinda strange to me, as I have a good friend called Misty. (What you wanta get Misty for? What's she done to you?)

I voted for the one of the soldiers putting the flag on the coffin. That was a beautiful picture. They were all great. Thanks for the link. [Smile]
