IBM decided to do a series of commercials starring all of Hatrack. I don't remember what product they were advertising, but the commercials were like little reality TV episodes where the cameramen would follow you around for a day and interview you. I was the director. Anyway, I remember doing one for Bob and AK which were fine -- except that both had relatives who kept wanting to get on camera. But then came Mack. We (the cameramen and I) were following her walking down the street and just as we passed a phone booth one of the cameramen made a pass at her. She didn't just flip him off, she pulled out a gun and shot him in the neck! I woke up telling her, "You're going to have to clean this up."
I think I need to take another break from Hatrack...

That's pretty bad, Godric. I've got one too.
I had a dream where there was a HUGE Hatrack con (with everyone who ever posted, the Cards excluded) in Louisiana, and we all rented a plantation for about a week. The downfall, you ask? IT WAS HAUNTED. And I was the only one who realized this, so everyone thought I was insane.
Then we had 'games' where we all stood in a circle and held hands and AK (why, I don't know) began chanting in some foreign tongue, then everyone joins in. I, of course, am staring around going, "What the h-e-double hocky sticks is going on here?" Finally Bernard pulls out a sock puppet of a fish, and declares that someone has to put it on. So, of course, everyone stares at me. Correlle then pushes me in the middle of the circle and AK forces the puppet onto my head... turning me into a fish.

I dream about anything I've been doing, like work or school. But I also dream about stuff I do right before I fall asleep: tv shows, internet stuff, and sometimes Bernard (when I fall asleep on the phone with him).

I read this thread, scoffed, and thought, "who dreams about people they only know through the internet?" and then a small voice in the back of my reminded me that Ophelia, Jaiden and pod were in my dream just last night. Although, to my credit, they were just random faces in a crowd of people and didn't appear anywhere else in the dream. That, and I've actually met them.

I had a dream the other night that I got shot in the face, but it didn't kill me. Rather, the bullet just got lodged in my skull. I don't recall what happened then, I guess I was running or something, and then later I got shot in the gut, so I ran around yelling for help but no one would help me. I remember one woman said she'd help me right after she got done in the garden.
I'd say the relationships between that and Hatrack are blaringly obvious.

I had a dream Saturday night that I was almost killed by a deranged rapist, but luckilly I showed up in time to save myself from a fate worse than death.
I kicked the villian in the -- nether regions -- then called the police who came and took him away.
I then got on-line and told Hatrack all about it.
Then I woke up and couldn't remember if I really did get on-line and tell everyone of my adventure, or if I dreamed it.

errm... That's a repressed memory, Godric -- from the 1997 HatrackSingapore convention where we first met in real life -- trying to slip past your wedgie-induced traumatic amnesia. Sorry I didn't shush you in time to prevent the wedgie, but you really should have known better than to try to boss mack around.

Well, I have met Mack in Boston. As for Bob, he's made me laugh so much I believe my personal definition of the word "funny" has been altered to include his name. But AK is the real question mark -- I always avoid reading her posts at all*.
* I'm just kidding, it's really Tom's posts that I never read.

I dreamed that I burned my boyfriend to death on a pyre so that he could be reincarnated as Verdi. Only really, Verdi was female, so he was going to be reincarnated as a female Verdi, because I female Verdi would compose much better music then a dead one.
I knew I shouldn't have put Verdi's Requium(sp?) on my mp3 player...
