Okay. So I saw them last night. They were AMAZING.

SO much fun. Before them, I saw Catch 22, who was really really good too. The crowd was wild and crazy, as they always are at Ska Concerts, and I was fighting just to stay standing. My brother and I were pushed apart very quickly, and everyone in the crowd was soaked in sweat from all the body heat. I was near the front for the Catch 22 set, and managed to get to the very front for the Reel Big Fish Set.

I got home, physically and mentally spent, and signed online for a second. I was talking to my friend Amy, and just as she was gonna ask me to go to the Reel Big Fish concert in Towson (right outside of Baltimore with all the same opening bands as last night), I told her I just got back from the RBF concert. Needless to say she was pissed, because she had gone to try to get tickets last night, but they were sold out, so now Towson was her only chance to see RBF, and one of her favorite bands, Catch 22 (the biggest opening band for RBF). After some coaxing, I finally agreed, and we rode out to Towson very early this morning.

We finally got there around 10 oclock. Amy's friend had called the place last night and two people had said that there were 30 tickets left, and they would go on sale at 11am. Amy got her friend to call again when we were there, hoping we might be able to just get someone to go in and sell us the tix. Amy's friend called and found out that the show was actually sold out. We were bummed, and waited around for 2 minutes deciding whether to wait till 11 anyway just to double check or ask the manager or something, when I see the guy walking down the sidewalk near us. I recognized him as one of the Roadies who works for Reel Big Fish. I started talking to him, mentioning I had seen the show last night, etc. Amy mentioned the problem she was having with tickets, and he offered to get Amy and her three friends in on the guest list (meaning they also wouldnt have to pay for tickets.). Needless to say she was stoked and gave the guy a hug. I then asked him if, since Reel Big Fish is my favorite band, there was any way I might be able to get something autographed by them. He said they'd be around at 1:30 for sound checks, but I had to drive Amy back cuz she needed to find a sub for work that night. The guy then said he could just get something signed and give it to Amy to give to me that night.

*dances* It was SO cool.
