Well...who would have imagined? The british Danny Williams knocked him out, last night, in the fourth round. I guess Tyson should retire now, instead of tarnishing his career even more.

Except he owes some outrageous sum of money (I heard either $28 Million or $68 million -- can't remember which). This return to boxing was supposed to get him solvent.

That's true, but taking all those punches is not good for you. See what they did to Ali. Tyson is already 38, and not getting any younger...

Either way, boxing isn't what caused it. His boxing career exacerbated it, but didn't cause it.

I'm pretty sure I heard somewhere that the repeated bruising of his brain was responsible for the malady in his case.

Tyson should retire because he lost a match? Nah. He should have been kicked out when he started raping women. If not then, then at least when he started eating his opponents.

the worst is he does not even realize what he did was wrong. I saw an interview with him after he got out of jail. He claimed that he did not really rape the woman before, but now he wants to rape her "and her mamma too"
What kind of human would actually think that...much less say it on national TV

Mike Tyson has been a prime example of what's wrong with our national obsession with sports "heroes." Although he did finally go to jail.
The fact is that he can get his boxing "card" back from some of the boards because he never appears to have committed the one sin that will get you a lifetime ban -- betting on your own bout.
The man is seriously derailed, I think, and it seems to me that his movements should be closely watched and even restricted. That's what happens to most convicted sex offenders in this country isn't it? How is that Mr. Tyson gets a pass?
Shouldn't there be protestors at his matches asking what he's doing out loose?

I think Tyson should have been barred a long time ago; unfortunately, that's not going to happen. So I hope he keeps getting knocked on his ass
