I'm not sure what's in it, but it's an herbal supplement that works even better when taken with ibuprofen. I think it means Nose-allergy-endurance-pill or something.

While you're there, order the spiciest off-menu dish they serve. Your sinus problems will end up in your napkin, and you get a great meal too.

Slam your head into a wall. It should clear your sinuses but if it doesn't you'll be unconscious. You can't lose!

Huh. Andrew's sinuses have been bad lately, but mine are fine.
Try buying a new pair of shoes. The joyous feelings will boost your immune system and the leather smell will open those sinuses right up.

Now that you're likely home, AJ, try a steamy shower. I also find that a plain saline spray is useful when my sinuses are acting up. Any drugstore should have 'em (make sure there's nothing in it but saline and maybe menthol); or if you have a good squirt bottle, you can boil your own saline.

Is that one of those headaches that start on one side and then move to the next and feel like being trepanned? Sorry your head hurts.

I suspect Banna lives closer to town than I do - the thunderstorm rolled through the center of town and left the outlying areas relatively untouched.
With all this rain, I'm hoping we finally get out of the rain debt...overall drought count...thingy.
