The phone was ringing! I was sure I was going to be the 28th caller and win $500. It was just the right time... I knew they were waiting to answer the phone to capture my screams on the air...
I had spent the last 10 minutes ceaselessly dialing, listening to that annoying tone telling me all circuits are busy... or a busy signal itself... and now it was finally ringing!!
Suddenly...I hear a cold, metallic voice announcing, "It appears your party isn't answering. This call is being disconnected."

Yeah, I'm beginning to think my phone is possessed today. Earlier today it seemed to think I was roaming (in the middle of the city, in places where I never roam), so I had to turn it off and then back on again. I can't seem to be able to pick up the calls when my parents have tried to call me. And it thinks I have voicemail when I don't. Posts: 5879 | Registered: Apr 2001

Sometimes my phone would tell me I have voicemail, but I didn't notice the little "T" instead of "V" next to the letter symbol. You might have a text message--even if you don't have text messages set up...because I don't.
