I think that Matt Stone and Trey Parker are geniuses. If they set out to do something non-offensive they would probably do a wonderful job. South Park is about the funniest thing I have ever seen. What do others think?

The first two seasons of South Park aren't worth watching. It's a bunch of swearing 8-year-olds and very little plot.
The newer episodes are awesome, though. The most recent Christmas episode--"Critter Christmas"--was hilarious. Parker and Stone thrive on being offensive to everyone, so I don't think they could make a good inoffensive production. Posts: 903 | Registered: May 2003

They graduated from the Columbine a few years before it happened. They were very similar to the kids who blew people away in the fact that they were outcast. They both said that if they could have talked to them they would have said that it doesn't matter school was almost over. The shooters did it two weeks before they graduated.

Don't worry about it, Steve... it's not your fault that you're not tired and jaded yet. Plus, you get lots of points for the good spelling and grammar efforts!

I've only seen South Park, but, yeah, it's amazingly good. Some of their more down-to-earth social commentary in the show is so true and direct it stings. And some of it is absolutely ridiculous. But that just makes the show all the more funnier.
Myr, what movies has Trey live-acted in?

Well, here he is in costume. This is probably unnecessary in a thread about South Park, but if you're made uncomfortable by things like bad taste and crude humor and stuff, don't look around too much on that website.
