You don't know what you'll transform into until you do it. I suppose it might be, but there really aren't all that many animagai.

If an animagus is sired by a Vampire, he retains to ability to take that form (Even if he is no longer aloud to use his wand).

But if an Animagus is bitten by a Warewolf, when the full moon is present, does he become both?
Or did his Animagi form act as a neurolizer and block the infection?

Just somthing stirring in my head that ive always wonderd but never thought to ask anyone until just now. [Dont Know]

As for Animagus I'm pretty sure its linked to an ani mal that you have a certain affinity to, so I'm thinking if making the transformation to a dragon was possible. Good question LordKaosnix.

I had always assumed that if you were in your animal form you couldn't be turned into a werewolf. Look at James, Sirius, Peter, and Remus. Everytime Remus turned the others went into animal mode. And they never became werewolves, even after a number of years sneaking off to the shreiking shack.

I just thought that was because they could keep Lupin's werewolf yearnings under control better as animals than as humans. I don't think he ever bit them.

As far as becoming an animangus, they said it was an aquired skill but I don't think they mentioned getting to choose the animal.

They never mentioned HOW it was chosen what you would be. Maybe it's linked to the Patronus?

They never say how though.

Well, the whole thing is when you transform you're an *animal*. Animals can't be werewolves, because werewolves are humans that transform into wild critters under the moonlight.

And ALSO, Lupin didn't go so buck wild when he was surrounded by animals.
