Washington Post reported today that DeLay has subpoenaed the DA who filed charges against him. I'm not sure how "rare" that is as a tactic, but this next bit really got to me:

Hmm...
It's sort of a weird image if you are implying that he's riding the thermals and searching for carrion, though.
