I'm only OCD about certain things. For instance, my hands have to be clean, I eat my Skittles the same color at the same time, I sort my colored candies into colors before eating them, my shoes must stay clean, etc.

See, I have this full length mirror next to my bed. Whenever I enter my bedroom, I have to close my eyes or look away from the mirror and run under the covers. If I accidentally glimpse at it, I have to walk back out and do it again. I dunno, it's creepy, 'cause what if I get sucked in or something? Does that count?

not many degrees at all, given the amount of time I just spent poring over and posting on the use/utilize thread!

Don't make me laugh. I am so OCD it isn't funny. I'm aware of my OCD back to at least the age of seven. It has sort of mutated over the years, though. It's interesting - I'm not OCD about some things that I used to be, but those things have been replaced by others.

It's sad that I read this "...degrees from OSC," as in "Six degrees from Kevin Bacon" fame, so I was trying to make this chain of connections until I realized I can't read English.
I think my inability to read topic headings correctly is more ADD, which I have in spades. OCD manifests in a need to eat a peanut butter sandwich every night or I can't fall asleep. Seriously. I toss and turn until I eat a peanut butter sandwich, even if I'm full.
Pathetic, I tells ya!

I read that as coloured candles, which was a most odd image for a moment. I mean, it's OCD, for all I know you really do eat candles, but...

But the question remains, Tom, if King of Men and I both have the same problem reading directions, does that mean we both have OSC, er, OCD?
