I'm not sure what's going on. The last few hours at work have been kind of a blur. I don't remember much of them.

This morning, when I got to the train station, the Purple Line train had just left, so I went to wait for the next one. I was sitting and reading the RedEye (it's a small freebie paper) when I realized I was sitting on the Red Line, and was four or five stops down the line from where I apparently got on.

I have absolutely no memory of getting on the train, and no idea why I would have gotten on the Red Line, which takes a lot longer to get downtown.

And I have a meeting in about two hours about a project I'm working on, and I'm way behind (mostly, really, because there was no planning, and we're all a little at sea). I feel like I'm in a little bubble.

Well, considering a prior thread about migraines, you might want to get yourself checked out.

I believe the standard Hatrack advice when people report these types of symptoms is to get to a doctor and fast.

Yep. Whenever you're feeling foggy and dazed, and you've had headaches recently, a doctor's visit is always a good idea.

Seconding the doctor recommendation. Between this, the migraines and the (relatively) recent change in drug regimen, it would be a good idea, ne?

Especially Elizabeth had her experience. Yes, find a doctor, and come back and tell us how it went. [Smile]

What experience did Elizabeth have? And what recent change in drugs? Am I completely flaky?

She almost died, and we witnessed it here at Hatrack....she had logged on worried about how she felt before it happened...

She lived in MA near us, so we had the pleasure of meeting her several times IRL, so it was very weird.

She still has some medical issues, IIRC.

GO SEE A DOCTOR!!!

Good golly, Lisa! How are you feeling now? Still having problems? I'm concerned for you. Do feel better, and let us know how you are doing.

Your Shvester, Esther

No more episodes like yesterday's.

At least none that I remember. <grin>

I'm thinking that I must have started reading the paper, and when the train pulled up, I just automatically got on without noticing that it was the Red Line. I think it's more absent-mindedness and overfocus than anything else.

But thanks, everyone. I promise that if anything like it happens again, I will see someone.
