Hey, Hatrack is having problems right now. We've been through this before.
Here's whatcha do:
1) When you submit a post, but it doesn't show up right away, Don't Panic! It's there and it will show up, but it's taking some time to post. Which leads to:
2) Don't re-submit the posts that aren't showing up or click multiple times on the submit button when the reply screen is just sitting there, because they are all going to show up whenever they finally post.
3) Whatever you do, don't delete the duplicate posts. That would be bad.
Some of you are no doubt fuzzy on the whole good/bad thing. I imagine you'd like to know what I mean by "bad".
Try to imagine all life as you know it stopping instantaneously and every molecule in your body exploding at the speed of light.
Also, according to our mods, it makes the problems worse.

Just an addition: When you click post, and the forum goes to a blank white page after 18 minutes, it DID in fact make the post. Learned this one from expirience.

Will all that instantaneous molecule-exploding stuff happen if we delete our duplicate posts hours later after the forum has gone back to normal? *nervous about bringing an end to life as we know it*

i think you may be right. I've had a post sitting in another window waiting to go through for minutes. I have no idea how long this will take to go through given that!
