That show always got accidental ratings because it was on after Lost and we would talk about what just happened on Lost without turning the TV off.

This is funny but true. I never could convince myself to care much about Eli and his cohorts, but more often than not the TV stayed on when Lost was finished.

I liked the show up until the episode (maybe the second episode?) that had people at the same law firm representing opposite sides in a case.

Why did that bother you? You know that law firms can do this, right? So long as an ethical wall is in place, anyway, and I think there was in that episode.
