Yes, I know you think Trillian is better.

No, I'm not switching.

But... whenever I go to 'link/unlink' a screename in this new version of AIM, the new window comes up, which says that I'm logging into SN Services, but then just goes BLANK. If I start up the process again, and try to sign out and sign in under a new screename to get it to work (which is admittedly the Wrong Thing To Do), the same thing happens - blank screen. No options.

So - asides from switching to Trillian - is there anyone who knows what may be causing this problem, and how I can fix it?

I detest Trillian, too.

But Gaim is great! Switch to Gaim. [Big Grin]

I liked AIM, too, 'til I tried Gaim.

It could if it wanted to, but it logically sees that as a waste of time.

Actually, there probably is somewhere. You'd just have to find the plug-in.
