This gives you strange looks in most of the rest of the country. I keep quoting this and
"On an island in the sun, we don't flush for Number One, but we do for Number Two," to Steve but he isn't buying that it would be a legitimate way to reduce our water bill!

And public bathrooms should always be flushed IMO.
