Sometimes I have problems sleeping at night, and I toss and turn for hours. I've come to the conclusion that there are 3 different positions in which one can go to sleep: on ones back, stomach, or side.

I myself seem to fall asleep best face down on the bed [Smile] .

I was just wondering what the most popular sleeping position is, because that probably will be the one that it is easiest to sleep on. [Dont Know]

I tend to just pass out in my computer chair.. hands still on the keyboard...

I know that's pretty pathetic, but it has happened a few times..

For a long time I had to sleep on my stomach, but now I always sleep on my side.

I can only sleep on my side--or go to sleep, at least. Sometimes I topple over once I'm asleep, usually onto my back.

I sleep on my side about 75% of the time, and on my back about 15% of the time. The other 10%, I roll over on my stomach and rest my arms under my head, but without fail, this ALWAYS results in my waking up with completely dead arms [Smile]

I can only sleep on my side, because if I sleep on my back, Mary wakes me up to stop my snoring.

Umm, just out of curiousity, what lead you to this fantastical conclusion?

Have you tried sleeping in either of the two vertical postitions?

FWIW, I sleep on my back.
