She's not at work, but I'm talking to her on the phone. If you will e-mail me your address at ketchupqueen AT sbcglobal DOT net, I will call her and get it to her so she can get you your book on time. Thank you!

Well, it's probably too late for today, but if she gets it out, maybe it'll get picked up early tomorrow morning...

After all that work, I suggested Katie fax it or something, and now she's going to e-mail it. Good work, Katie!

*puts face in hands* I'm an idiot. And KQ is an absolute doll for going to that effort - thank you Anne.
I knew there was a way to get it in the national office, but I don't know anyone in the appropriate department, and the person who does know didn't really have it high on her list and I hated to bug her, so nothing was happening. I was doing an install at a Scout shop yesterday and just got the appropriate booklet there. I had about an hour before my part of it began, so I figured I could just mail it, except I didn't have an address. After calling KQ and y'all going through all that, KQ asked in a very reasonable voice if I could just fax it. Or e-mail it. Um...yeah, that would be faster and cheaper, wouldn't it? D'oh!
So, I'm scanning and e-mailing it today. Sorry for the long explanation - I just wanted to point out how wonderful and helpful KQ was yesterday.
