Ladydove and her family are already responsible for providing Mooselet's favorite form of entertainment right now (tie between computer games Putt-Putt Saves the Zoo and Freddie Fish 2 -- The Case of the Haunted Schoolhouse). For a long while before this, he was enthralled with his Mickey Mouse, Winnie the Pooh, and Stanley computer games -- also from Ladydove and crew.
Today, entirely unexpectedly, we received a package from her again. Christmas presents for Mooselet, Superstation, and me and Mama*. No particular reason for it. No gift exchange happening. Not in reciprocation for anything we've given her. She (and her family) sent them simply because she (and they) is (/are) awesome. There ain't enough o's in coooooooooooooooooool to describe them.
Well, she and I have already had our discussion about thank-you cards, so she knows it's unlikely one will be forthcoming from me. Instead my thanks are to be found here, where everyone can read yet another example that affirms how cool we already knew she was.

*Actually, there were wrapped presents for Superstation and Mooselet, and a large box of goodies that was unlabeled. I'm operating under the assumption that they're for me and Mama, and I don't really wish to hear otherwise. Maybe we'll share, though. However, I can't really imagine Mooselet or Superstation liking chocolate fudge-dipped mint cookies, you know?
