They remembered blood sacrifices and temple building, what else do you want? Damn, a patent office, that’s what we should’ve built! It was their anniversary. Not a lot of cheese in Meso-America Hobbes

Can we use this thread to talk about cheese in mesoamerica, though? Because the cheese from Oaxaca is the best thing I've ever eaten. I have dreams sometimes of swimming around in huge pools of it, in all its stringy goodness.
