I gave in to temptation with CoH today, because I really miss playing the game. I had major issues with playNC...I bought a time card at BB to use and it wouldn't go through. They were very uncooperative, and I gave up in disgust. Fortunatly BB was cool...I had all the paperwork, adn was a regular at that store, so they refunded my money.
So, after hearing how this was a rare thing from Bok, and a lot of ohter people, I went into my playNC account and reactivated it, usuing my credit card this time so I would not have to worry about the same thing happening again.
I re-installed CoH, from the disks....
And now it won't play. Hell, it won't even log on...it can't even FIND the damn site!
So now here I am, yet again, waiting for a confirmation e-mail from playNC that has not come in the past hour..I can't even get into the game. I think I was so tired of getting email form them that I blocked them from my email...so I tried to change my email contact info to a new email account, adn it keeps saying that it has sent me a confirmation email that I need to reply to...but I never get it.

So is anyone else having this problem today?
The automatc updater won't even update me, and I know that there have been TONS of fixes since I quit playing 6 months ago, so I don;t know if it is a problem with me or my DSL provider, Verizon.
I might just call the CC company and have them refute the charges, and cancel the playNC account again, this time for good.
I guess "playNC" stands for playNoContent.....lol...

Could you do me a favor? The site says there are ISP problems, and some providers can'taccess the system.....could you try to get in and let me know?
Tech support has emailed me, but as of right now I still can't get in myself, and I have no idea if it is a problem on my end or because the whole system is down.
