Yeah, ketchupqueen, I thought the same thing. If they were smarter they probably wouldn't tout the fact on their website, but then they don't claim to be smart.

What the town needs to do is give out honorary cityzenships to visitors.
That way I could proudly walk down the streets of American wearing a gaudy tropical-print tourist-trap Tshirt proclaiming:
Yeah! I'm a Moron! Wanna make something of it [Dont Know]
