Did anyone get this comic? I haven't read it yet, but I'm sure the writing is great! Kubert the penciler is awesome!

Thanks! Heh... well, I've visited off and on for the last couple of years. Have read many Card's books. My brother is here sometimes... I think (don't know his account name).

Just finished reading the comic. Good stuff! The story is a tad slow at the moment... in the first issue. Still very good work. Interesting to have seen this at the comic shop. I didn't know Card was doing comics.

I like once every...umm...well when ever Mr. Card get the script to the artist...Issue two came out last week.

Second issue is out now. It touches on many Cardian motifs: super-intelligent children being tortured, superpowers that are also a curse, etc.

#2 rocks! The tension is picking up and the story has a lot more depth... great stuff!

Don't forget a father willing to be ruthless in the protection of his child (although since it's a comic book, you get to see the father doing the things the father in Lost Boys considers doing and realizes he never could [Wink] ), and a pretty darn good villain. Like, Baba Yaga good, I think
