Terri Schiavo's Remains Buried; Parents Angered

Wow.... that's a bit cruel. Couldn’t rub it in much more could he?

*shrug* After all the personal attacks and condemnations against the husband, not to mention the wild rumors and speculations as to the hows and whys of Mrs. Schiavo's condition, I can't say that I blame him.

That is tacky, but there's also the fact that her parents opposed cremation and were fighting even after she was dead. I think there's a point where you just have to let it go, and neither the husband or the parents seem to be very good at doing that.

Who puts a message in first person on someone else's tombstone? That's just weird, isn't it?

Probably a dig at the parents more than any meaningful symbolism.

Acutally, Dags, I would argue that the entire burial process is weird.

I only recently learned that narcissism is a diagnosable mental illness. I always thought it was a lifestyle choice.

Any extreme behavior is either definable as an illness or will be in short order.

Extreme, of course, is a matter of interpretation.

Until, of course, it too becomes a diagnosable ailment.
