Just wanted to drop a quick line and say that I'm safely ensconced here in Tucson with a great place to live and much heat outside. The trip down was rather uneventful, finding a place to live was absurdly easy (thank Zeus), and after buying my books for my Latin class (which starts Monday), I have a lot of reviewing to do before then. We don't have internet up at my apartment yet (I'm at a student union), but I'm really hoping it comes soon. Today was my first time online in about a week!
I will be back in the swing of things soon, which, when translated, actually means "I'll be lurking again soon - just in time for Harry Potter."

Pretty hot in Vegas, too, but I usually miss most of it since I spend all day in an air-conditioned office.

Enjoy the humidity at 6% is stretching just a bit I hate it when the humidity builds just enough to make the swamp cooler not work properly but not enough to turn into the monsoon storms we are waiting for!
