This would be perfect for my little guy who loves Ender and loves dragons...
Does anyone have one of hte t-shirts form the store? Does the decoration seem... I don't know how to phrase this...
If I RIT died the shirt another color (like royal blue) would it ruin the decoration? My son + white tee-shirt = BAD idea
I'm still trying to figure out how he got pasta sauce on the back of one of his tee shirts in the middle just below the shouder blades. He can't even REACH there...

I'm just shuddering at the idea of RIT dye.
Don't use that nasty stuff. Get you some good fiber reactive dyes.
If the decoration is screen printed on you should be okay. Keep in mind that even if a shirt is 100% cotton the threads rarely are, so they will not dye the same color as the shirt and in most cases where the thread is synthetic it won't dye at all. So you'll have a blue shirt with white stitching. If that doesn't bother you, then you'd be cool using a good fiber-reactive dye.
In fact, if you let me know what color you want I probably have some, because you won't need much - it would be a shame to have to buy even a 2 oz size when you don't need all of it. But, if you do want to buy it, I recommend getting it here.
Edit: don't have royal blue, but I have sky blue. Same sky blue as on the link above. I can send you enough to dye one shirt if you want, just let me know. bamawards**at**alltel.net
Edit once more - forgot to check an additional storage area, I also have baby blue, cobalt blue, and robin's egg blue. I was starting to wonder, I knew I had more blues than that.
