I thought I would do a quick review of my current reading so here it goes.
In the opinion by Judge Peters, J. of the Supreme Court of California in the case of Willard v. First Church of Christ, Scientist provides an interesting discussion of easements. Specifically if a grantor of an easement can grant that easement with the benifit being reserved for a third party. The case is absolutly riviting (sp) NOT!.
Unfortunatally this is all the kind of reading i'm able to do right now. How sad. I guess I'll have to catch up on all my leisure reading in 2 years.

I take it you're in law school? (Well, it's either that or prison. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.)

Yes, law school. My second home has become my carrell in the library. I store food there, sleep there and spend nearly as many hours there as I do sleeping at home.
To be honest I believe that forcing someone to read legal cases in prison would be cruel and unusual punishment.

Well, prisoners have a right to a law library, and there might not be a whole lot of other choices. *shrug*
