Well its been months since I was drunk!

I'm drunk now and proud of it. I earned it! I went to a friend's house (girl if you must know) and drank some vodka tonix, followed by a few coors litz (not recommending them). I haven't been drunk since I had a liter of beer at a Japanese place in Paris this summer, but I gotta say I am drunk, AND happy tonight.

The stress of Christmas was a bit much, as my rant attests, but this is ample relaxation to compensate. We listened to Jimi Hendrix for an hour, then when getting a bit more sauced, turned it over to "The Thomas Crown Affair" and then "American Beauty." Its Now 5AM or so western time, and I am very satisfied with my evening.

Ever been drunk and happy about it the next day? I'll let you know if I have or not!

I'm not sure what there is to be proud of in being drunk. This from a man who has been drunk and enjoyed it in the past, but that's quite different from being proud of it. I mean it's not like it takes effort or sacrifice or anything.

Well, Orinoco, I'll be interested to hear what you have to say about it in a few hours. How are you going to celebrate New Years Eve?

He said in his rant thread that he's 21. And I'd like to see if he's got a hangover today. [Razz]
