Do fruits such as apples, pears, oranges, bananas, etc. have any natural sugars in them besides fructose?

Fascinating! What was even more interesting was to look at the fruits with the highest content of sucrose--all my favorite fruits. The sugar addict in me rears its ugly head!
I was under the impression that fruit only contained fructose.

Fructose is the major fruit sugar (stored as fructan), but by no means the only one. Heck, cellulose is beta-1-4-Glucose.
Anyway, discussing percentages of monosaccharides is kinda silly, since they're never almost found that way in the organism (that high energy aldol/keton group is going to react with something).
