The middle most option in the menu list

Or the column of characters below the "E" in, "Menu"

There are 2 trailers, I and II the first option is normal size, the 2nd is large size.

Anyone know why there are scattered bits and pieces of English on the site, but not enough to really navigate it?

ricree101: No idea, though possibly Studio Ghibli counts on its distributors (such as Disney) to handle the eventual full English website.
