OK, so I have a little bit of a stresful story about the last week of my life, but a somewhat happy ending. I thought i would share it with everyone, and then maybe get some responses for other ppl to share. ok here goes...
This past week i had 3 exams, 2 case studies, a paper, a marketing group project, and a Finance quiz that would determine whether or not i had to take this next exam. Everyday last week i woke up at either 5 or 6am. so needless to say i was panicking a lot. come friday though, everything was over and all in all i did well on everything. i made the score required on my Finance quizzes to just barely be exempt from this first exam. after getting out of class (11am) i decide i need to congratulate myself. so i ask this woman i know in my class if she wants to go get a bite to eat and then a drink with me. now, for the record, she is 10 years my senior and married, so i wasnt trying to be flirtatious or anything with her. ok, so its 3pm now and we ended up having like 3 drinks each and talking at this bar. after that i go over to a friends house where we played video games and just hung out. yet when his fiancee left to go meet some of her friends, she backed into my car. i got some estimates this morning and it will be over $1000 to fix. the crappy thing is, is that im new to this city and i just met this couple and they seem really cool. yet now i come off as being an asshole for telling them how much the estimates were. which pisses me off cuz she hit me and i really like them.
Good news now! my brother and his wife are going to ahve another baby, i got some of my grades back from my exams and the lowest grade back so far is a low B. i found some really great jazz / hip hop music i used to like when i was little and have been playing it a lot lately. i dont like saying hip hop cuz it has such a bad rep nowa days, but the group is called Digable Planets. and this morning i made myself a huge breakfast with hashbrowns, eggs, sausage, peppers, and 3 cheeses. and im eating it right now. it rocks.
