We just bought a brand new table. A sweaty cup was left on the table overnight and now there is a ring. Does anyone know how to remove it?

Or burn the entire table. That works for the "needle in a haystack" situation. It's much easier to find a needle in a palm-sized lump of ash than it is a giant haystack.
Maybe that's why my wife doesn't let me decorate...

Thanks for your help. I put petroleum jelly on it. It says wait eight hours. I'll let you know in the morning.

Petroleum Jelly seemed to work. At an angle, you can still see where the ring is, but the white haze from the ring is gone. Definately much better than it was.
