So, on Tuesday my dad said to me, "Phillip, do you still want to visit New Orleans before college?"
"Yeah, of course! When?"
"How's this Thursday for you?"
So we drove down here . . . stopped into the first hotel in the French Quarter that looked nice . . . got a room for forty dollars a night with no reservation . . . and are now enjoying muggy New Orleans.
*happiness, though I can't join in the night life, since I'm not 21 and hence cannot enter most of New Orleans's fine establishments*
On that note, are there any New Orleans-area Jatraqueros up for a cup of coffee or such?

I'm probably available early tomorrow afternoon (4 to 7ish?), Saturday night, and all day Sunday.

Awesome Joldo! I love Nola, been there 5 times.
I highly recommend checking out Decatur St. by Jackson Square nearest the river. Royal St. is great too. There is a great club on Decatur called the Whirling Dirvish you should check out.
