I loved the show when I was six, but I'm uncertain if a revival would be a good thing.
(Plus, you just -know- poor Josh Hutcherson's going to be cast in a remake of Turbo Teen if this thing is a hit. It's only a matter of time!)

Well...they did it once with Viper...except that the car didn't talk. I imagine they're going to make whatever car they use much more...transformable.

I loved that show. I always liked it when KITT got upgraded.
Anybody remember when Garth Knight came back and built that big tractor trailer, then had a big showdown where the truck tore KITT all up?

There was a show in the 90s that was syndicated with multiple vehicles that kids used to fight crime that was somehow related to the Knight Rider series.

This is bad. KITT was never able to transform. If they really want to make a tv-show about transforming cars, then they should think about doing a live-action version of MASK. Those cars did transform and since the original show was a cartoon its less likely that they'll mess up the legacy (he said snobbishly) of the original show.
Oh yeah and they'd better not mess with Airwolf in any way.

They used the 'Evil Twin goatee' shtick, even.

That was TERRIBLE. As was Knight Rider 2010, with the postapocolyptic world going on. Knight Rider 2000 was okay except KITT had a bit too much attitude.
(yes, I watched all of them)
