I heard this group interviewed on Fresh Air today and I can't tell you how refreshing it was to know a group like this had formed. It's a group of former Israeli soldiers and Palestinian liberation fighters who have sworn off violence and are working together to bring about peace.
This was coming not even a day after having a conversation with a friend about the nature of revenge and how pessimistic we were about cycles of violence coming to an end. Obviously the middle east was a topic of conversation.
