Just wondering. There's a lot of 'em on the front page today. Is it shorthand for "Christmas is over and I'm not budging from this chair for a week." or what?

So, why is that threads like these questioning a quirk about a forum almost always guarentee that posters will deliberately flaunt that quirk?

So here's my answer. I always picture us together at a big laid-back dinner party. I don't wanna be too formal, therefore I just lean over your way, and say, "So, I was walking down the street the other day, etc, etc."

Ok, I thought about changing this thread title to reflect that, but I resisted. I wonder if it's from people deliberately avoiding "So..." It's like an anti-meme.
