For summer reading, I had to read EG and I'm letting a friend of mine borrow it. I have a test over it next week and I was wondering what the armies were that Ender went through. Something else that confuses me is my having read SFTD, Xenocide, COTM, Ender's Shadow, Shadow of the Hegemon, and Shadow Puppets after reading EG. Ender's Shadow confuses me because I forget which parts I knew from EG and which ones I learned from Ender's Shadow. ES is so in depth - or maybe it's just that it fills in so many questions that you might have had, and answers even those that you didn't. But just think, we won't know the whole story until there are books (that zero in one one specific character, like EG is about Ender more so than anyone else and ES is more so about Bean, you get it...) written for each character, unless we speculate. Plus, it wouldn't be very fun if we heard about Bonzo's life b/c then we might grow to like him and feel bad that Ender killed him. So I like having EG and ES. It's great.

As far as I noticed he goes through Salamander, then Rat and it doesn't tell you what armies come before Dragon unless I didn't read carefully enough. I'll check now.
