This is the forum section of Card's official site. He pays for the site's upkeep (which is moderated, by the way, by the co-author with Card of the novel Lovelock). Years ago OSC was somewhat more active on the forums than he is today. His wife, though, who posts under the name of kacard, posts frequently enough that you'll see her if you stick around for a few months. His son, Geoff Card, is a frequent poster under the username A Rat Named Dog.
