Now this is NOT some quasi cult related thing, I mean I have found an historically similar group of people that correspond to it. In the book "Taiko" by Eiji Yoshikawa who also wrote Musashi there are a group of people, to poetically describe the book is as follows:

In a japanese poem school children say this: If the bird does not wish to sing what do you do?

Oda Nobunaga says: "Kill it!"
Hideyoshi says: "Make it want to sing"
Tokugawa Iesyu says: "wait"

The book is about the man who made the bird want to sing, the life of the future Taiko Hideyoshi and generally about the lives of the men who would all contribute to the unification of Japan under a strong Shogunate again. The thing is though to me, analysing the convos I see a strong bond between these men to Oda Nobunaga just as the Jeesh felt strong ties to Ender. While Nobunaga was under no delusions during his wars he nevertheless did whatever was necassary tyo bring about a new era for Japan, such as the massarce of the warrior monks on Mount Heihe and almost causing the death of his beloved sister (Nobunaga's brother in law wanted her to die with him and commit seppeku as a means to either A die honorably or B hold Nobunaga's hand, fortunatly neither happened. Hideyoshi went in alone and rescued her by showing how cowardly such an act was.

Hideyoshi to me is Bean not just because of his intellect but also because he was also teased about his features being called "Monkey" for having a somewhat wrinkled face even when 6 years old, I haven't finished the book yet and I know what happens I know my history but this book also struck a chord in me similar to the Ender and Shadow books and tries to give a sort of speaking in its own showing the flaws and virtues of these men and their motivations. A must read for all true Jatraqueros.

*rivises opinions*

While Nobunaga is still an Ender in terms of the overal dovotion he gets but he's still a Bean since its his victories and his personallity that wins himself the loyalty of his retainers infact he has that cold calculating quality of his that far more closely resembles Bean.

Hideyoshi is mostly an Ender as he won many victories without fighting by through his honesty, sincerity and kindness that won him the loyalty of his retainers and some of the greatest strategists in Japan, though he also has a Bean quality to him as well in terms of his intelligence and how he can so easily read the personality of others.
