I don't know it anyone has brought this up, or if i'm just remembering wrong, but...
I was rereading SoG for the umteenth time, and it says that Dink Meeker and Crazy Tom are both English, but I recall Dink being from the Netherlands from Ender's Game...

It's a feature. Dink's parents were some of those lucky people who managed to get out of the Netherlands when it was declared international territory; his family ended up in Britain. Thus he he is British by nationality but Dutch by ethnicity.
