I don't think there's a recent topic like this, but if so, just let me know and we can axe this one. Does anybody know the order of OSC's next few books? Not exactly the release dates, because I know that those are tentative until the book is actually completed....but basically I was just looking for something sort of like this:

2007 - Alvin Maker 7
2009 - Mazer Novel
2010 - Ender's Novel

Something along those lines, all in one convenient thread. Again, sorry if this is already somewhere. I'm just basically worried I'll never see the Mayflower series finished, or another Pastwatch novel (although I never saw the exact need for another Pastwatch...it couldn't be based on the same characters so it really would just be a reason for OSC to show how he would have ran the world in the past, in which I have no doubt he would do a much better job [Big Grin] ), or when I'll finally have all the Ender books on one bookshelf....thanks!

Selfish me votes for the Women of Genesis series to be finished first! the last book in this series was published in 2004, so it is time! [Smile]

IIRC, the Women of Genesis book(s) are under contract, so they're definitely near the top of the 'to write' list.

Wait, Mazer Novel? Like as in: Mazer Rackham? What do you mean? there's going to be a book about him too? OSC's really going to have his hands full with all these books.

The Mazer book ended up becoming the short story that was in the first issue of IMS. And if the next Ender book doesn't come until 2010, I will be very sad...

Intergalactic Medicine Show. Look up at the very top of the page. Click on the link with the words "Issue 2 Now on Sale!" in big red font.

The Mazer book was the IGMS story? Argh...I thought he was just including a short story a la the original Ender's Game and some of the other short stories (Water Baby) that precede a novel...at least that's one less hardcover he'll have to write! Wow I was just checking his bibliography and there really hasn't been a year he hasn't published a book from one series or another...so hopefully it won't be four years til the next Ender book is out!
