Hi, I'm another OSC Fan and I just started an alternative forum for Ender Saga/Shadow Saga books, and I have no members. It is organized differently than this forum and allows img codeing, avatars, etc. I understand this is advertising but I have no members and wondered if anyone else was interested. If this is against the forum rules I apologize.

I honestly don't know if there are any legal or other concerns regarding your invitation. One way to find out is to ask the moderator directly. That can be done through the contact link under the banner at the top of the page (right side, top row of links). I note that in case someone with a similar question comes across this post in in the future.
Now that the deed is done, I expect the best way to involve moderator input is to "whistle" (report) your post using the whistle icon at the very bottom of the post, and I am doing that now. This will bring your question to the attention of our moderator, Papa Janitor, and he should get back to you shortly.
Again, welcome. It is nice to have you as a new member.

Sorry -- out of town and away from computer for a wedding today.
Bean, we do welcome you to Hatrack, and hope you'll enjoy yourself here if you decide to stick around. Using us solely to further your membership, however, really does go against the rules and spirit of the place. If you'd like to take some time to be a member of the community here, then in passing mention that you're running another forum specific to Card's Ender series that some might like because the format is rather different, that's accepted from a more invested member. For the time being, I'm removing the link to the website. After you've been around for a while, feel free to bring it up again.
And sorry about that. I will definatly be posting a lot around here as I intended to have dual memberships to both sites anyways and I´m sorry for posting the link without getting to know the site better first. It was never my intention either to take away fans but rather give them another location for posting their thoughts, theories, etc about the books.

No harm done, EndlessBean. Welcome to Hatrack.
Another site that you might find interesting is Philotic Web. It's a community that is more Ender's Game-centric than Hatrack is. I haven't been there in years, but last time I checked it was a fairly robust site. It sounds like it'd be right up your alley.
