So how are you guys feeling about the first three parts?? There's probably a huge discussion about this going on somewhere else, but enlighten me. I'm enjoying it, but the overall feeling is that I HAVE to go back and read everything again because it's been a long time since Heartfire. I REALLY love Moose and Squirrel though. [Big Grin]

I think that the opening was probably one of Card's best. Ever. I am SOOOO looking forward to reading Crystal City! [Big Grin]

Moose and Squirrel rock, but of course we already knew that they would, so it wasn't much of a suprise. [Big Grin]

Thanks! Feeling kinda stupid for not seeing that but it's so good that I don't really care.

Can't wait for the next installment!

I've been hurrying all week to read the Alvin Maker series (since I hadn't yet read it) so that I can read these three pieces, knowing their context. I did well at the beginning of the week, reading a book a day, but I slowed down at the end of the week. I am so close...I'm about 2/3 done with Heartfire. Maybe I'll finish tonight. Then I can read those three installments tomorrow. [Big Grin]
