Moose, I don't remember anything even vaguely offensive that you said. Of course, I was sleepy and buzzed, but I'm mighty curious to know what I missed, or what you think you should feel guilty for.

Maybe you just had to be in my house to see it. There was plenty of offensiveness in my brain -- maybe it didn't make it visibly past my fingers into the computer. I definitely thought I left in a huff, though. Perhaps I've spent too much time trying not to offend anyone, so I'm no longer able to attempt it effectively. Ok, forget I said anything. Just go back to believing me to be the flawless specimen of manhood others have told you I am.

I wasn't feeling huffy toward anyone; I was just feeling huffy. If nobody was offended, I'm certainly not going to point out to anyone that he/she should have been, but now I'm apologizing. If you (general, not necessarily Icky) weren't offended by me, then please don't assume you ought to have been.
I used to think I was pretty good at making myself understood. *sigh* Must be my mother-in-law being in town, but don't tell her I said that, ok? If she asks, tell her I said it was a lack of sleep. Yeah, that'll work.
