I'm writing a term paper on M*A*S*H and all its implications -- Vietnam, Korea, Reagan....insanity of war vs. insane comedy....etc etc etc. I'd like to try to send both Alan Alda and Larry Gelbart a letter asking them for some thoughts on the project. I know I most likely won't get a response, but you never know -- might be worth a shot.
However. I have a small roadblock -- can't find the addresses. Not personal addresses, mind you, I can't even find offical "agent" addresses. All the websites want me to pay $5/month to check any number of celebrity addresses. Definitely NOT going to do that.
So I turn to you, dear Hatrack, for many here are far more experienced Googlers than I. Anyway...if anyone can locate or tell me where to locate the addresses (or if any of you just happen to be personal acquaintances of either Alda or Gelbart) I would be most grateful.

I don't know if it's current, but I found this on a British fan site (www.fanzine.co.uk):

You might have better luck getting to some kind of contact for Mike Farrell - he's active in at least one social justice organization. He's also on some show I don't watch but that I've seen advertised. I honestly don't remember the name of it right now.

Mike Farrell(BJ Hunnicutt) is still politically active, and after watching a few interviews, I have to say that if he were running for governor, there is an actor I'd vote for.
