IrishRage, just to give you an example of something that has happened before:

Someone once registered the Screen Name 'DevoutMormon' and started off by announcing a few things they believed, only, as I remember it, it was more bragging and accusing than just a simple harmless thread about religion. I pointed that out, I believe. Then the poster took it up another notch, people could easily recognize that person as a troll and even stated so.

After people caught on (very quickly, I might add) the poster took it to the final step and started posting strong profanity about things.

That person was a troll and one of the better examples of one.

I'm not saying that you are a troll. I haven't read enough of your posts to think so. But I do understand why some people may be thinking so.

For some reason, standing near a campfire with an open can of gasoline never makes people want to pay "good" attention to you.

Think about your posts and questions. Certain topics can easily be turned inflammatory and picking one in an effort to set of pyrotechnics is certainly not appreciated.

The only reason i posted this is because i recently watched a series of movies that my friends told me were very good. Siege, Executive Decision and so on. I was struck by the amount of persecution placed upon muslims in thse movies, i have yet to see a terrorist movie besides Patriot Games that did not involve islamic terrorists, I was just asking to opinion of others on this matter.
I will also be posting this on my other thread.

And folks in Europe have been seeing non-Muslim terrorists for decades.

Oh yeah, I forgot, we were talking about movies instead of the real world. You mean like a serious discussion of terrorism, like how many guys in turbans can the Schwarzenator blow up with one bazooka???

Just like the movies don't reflect real terrorists or real Muslims, they also don't reflect who we really blame.

Waiter! Reality check please, the steak was fabulous, my compliments to the chef!

Who is the troll that supposedly 'deserves' it on that link you posted? Is it the person who asked a perfectly valid question and began the thread, or the persons who got offended by it? I would argue neither.

Once again, 'troll' is a term that is thrown around too easily on this forum.

My Apologies to Irish (I won't kill the thread or edit my first post to hide my mistake).

This was the second thread this new poster posted that was very open to Trollisms. I jumped to a conclusion that has proven unwarranted.

It's always the trolls. Yep. They did it. Never trusted them trolls. It's 'cause of them big, smelly feet. And their mouth smells like carrion.

Phfft. Trolls.
