So there's a been a lot of discussion about smilies on the board lately, from the geriatric-burning feet party to the gay train.

But I think I have (inadvertently) found the weirdest one yet [apart from those twisted smilies created by equally twisted jataqueros...]

Go here and choose a card to send. Any card, it doesn't matter.

Then look at the equivalent of this smilie [Smile]

What is it doing?! I'm thinking eating flies, but I'm a little confused...

You know, the chicks in Archie comics have always made me uncomfortable with how hot they are.

Yeah, but Veronica had the body. I mean, they both had bodies. But Veronica had The Body.

I find the notion of a bodiless Betty quite amusing for some reason...

I think Veronica just dressed better...

And I never got the whole Cherry Blossom thing. She wasn't a patch on the other two!

It's okay, imogen. Nobody with any conscience is reading this thread anymore.

And I can't wear a Veronica shirt. It would just be wrong.

Veronica was always such a... female dog. Plus, back when I was regularly reading Archie comics, I was into blondes.

But you know who I think is most likely to be dynamite in the sack?

Ethel.
