Did anyone else see it? No juicy spoilers, but tons of ogling opportunities and fun celeb trivia for which I buy People magazine now and then. Yay!! I love behind the scenes specials!!

That's what I get for not running a search on ROTK at least twice a day. And for sitting on the front page.

I have one better. Due to my rather unethical friends, I now have a copy of the Return of the King video game, which lets me not only view numerous video clips of the movie, but actually fight through the Paths of the Dead and take down giant elephants in the Battle of Pelennor Fields.
It is beautiful. You're really going to be blown away by the places they fight. I didn't like Shelob as much as I thought I would, largely because she's more a spider, in the movie, and less the sleeping evil Tolkien wrote about. I also didn't view the place where she and Sam battle it out the same way the game designers did. In fact, I didn't even see the Paths of the Dead in a cave -- am I the only one, or did everyone see the Paths as a dusty, dead road outdoors?

That is better, Lalo. Too bad I know it would really bug you if I used the "hail" smiley. But consider it as if I meant to.

I always thought that part of it was outdoors, but that alot of it went under the mountains. That is how they got to the Bay of Belfelast so fast.

I set my machine up to record it, but instead of recording from 09:59-11:01 (so I wouldn't miss anything), I accidentally set it to record from 09:59-10:01. So I got 2 minutes of commercials.
