I knew someone once who believed in natural remedies, and decided to deal with his persistent sinus problems by snuffing red cayenne pepper up his nose. He said that for a couple of days he thought he was going to die, but after that, he claims, he was cured. That's one of those cures where if it doesn't kill you it will cure you, I guess.
If you sneeze too often through your nose, that itself irritates your nose, damages tissues. You might try sneezing through your mouth some just to give your nose a rest. And try not to yell when you sneeze through your mouth. You don't have too. Why stress your vocal chords? (Besides, it annoys people.)

For a second there, I thought you said "I've taken nanosex" and I was going to ask you why you think an aphrodisiac would help your sneezing. Ah, would could have been...asked...
Shan, are you seriously saying you've never sneezed through the nose? Just close your mouth next time you sneeze. Trust me, you haven't lived 'til you've tried this!
