OK, so we've got desks 1 & 2 undergoing the 2nd last lacquer now. I'll post what it looks like once we have them all setup in place, but here's some prelminary pics:

I gotta say that most of this is down to Justine - I'm the clamping, holding and lugging dude, but she's the drilling, staining and lacquering chick.

We're going to finish off the third desk this weekend. Next weekend I'm going to start on a coffee table with the Jarrah & Hardwood strip theme that we discovered so accidentally!

Those look GREAT! What did you end up doing to straighten out the problem with one corner bowing up that you were asking about earlier? Did you find something that worked?
